Every couple experiences moments of disconnection. What matters most is how partners turn toward one another when those moments arise.Creating Connections is a 6-week, research-informed couples workshop grounded in the principles of Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and based on Dr. Sue Johnson’s Hold Me Tight® material. This structured, supportive workshop helps couples understand unhelpful interaction patterns, deepen emotional connection, and strengthen trust—even during conflict.
